NO RESPONSE TO MULTIPLE INQUIRES. One star is being given because I could not post to the site without it (otherwise it would be blank). I had initially contacted this outfit to see about pricing, what the conditioning classes consisted of and just get an overall vibe of the place. I wanted to sign up my 12 year old son for some conditioning classes and then move up to one of the other courses offered. I walked in one day and a class was in session so I was not helped (totally understandable). I took what info they had (doc with class schedule, no pricing) and when I got home went to their website and used their email address to ask the questions. Its been over a month and I have received no phone calls or responses to my email. Over the last two weeks I have called three or four times (always get an answering machine).The final time I called (about two days ago) I left a message. As of today I still have not been contacted. If their response time is any reflection of how they care for their students I would stay away.…

real brazillian jiu jitsu. gracie barra corona is a real jiu jitsu school. there not some tae kwan do or karte school trying to add a jiu jitsu program just to make money due to the growing popularity of mixed martial arts. the facility is always clean and well maintained. the kids program is great and is growing eveyday. there is somting for everyone from families to the serious competitors. they have classes day and night and very good instructors.…

Why I love GB Corona. I joined Tom & Holly at Gracie Barra Corona roughly two years ago. As a middle-aged man it has been a great way to keep the love-handles away. More importantly, as a father raising two young ladies in this day and age it has helped bring me peace of mind.

I have watched my youngest, the smallest child in her class, go from a target for bullies to somebody willing to stand her ground to protect herself and others – all without becoming a bully herself. I have watched my older daughter blossom from a shy little girl to a confident young lady who is quietly seeking positions of leadership and responsibility.
