After contacting the GM for this location, we had agreed to meet on a Monday to look at and discuss a deal for a vehicle. When I arrived, I was told by the receptionist the GM hadn't been in all day. That should have been a sign to get the hell out and keep moving. I was then approached by a sales person who offered to help and see what he could do to get me into a used vehicle. After expressing that I had discussed my interest, with the GM, in a Murano.. after quickly obtaining socials and drivers licenses, he took us out to a Kia Sportage. Clearly not a Murano. After I explained I had NO interest in that vehicle, he then directed my attention to an '07 Altima. Beautiful car and we decided to go for it. After arguing over and over the terms that I would need to be able to finance the vehicle and explaining that maybe I should wait until I could put a hefty down payment on a vehicle, I was talked into signing paperwork. We did not take the car home that night because we were told if we did the car payment would be no where that I wanted it. I was told that they would work on it and get us into the car. That was about 3 weeks ago.. no call... the car is back on the lot and I feel like I was lied to. Thanks Crown Nissan!

Took my 2007 Murano in for 30,000 mile checkup. Service Tech was Tony Holland. He was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. You hate to have to spend money on your car, but it is a necessary evil. When the people at the dealership and nice, friendly, and do a good job, it makes it easier to bear. LOL. I would recommend Crown Nissan to anyone that needs service on their vehicle.
Service. I have been going to Crown Nissan since I first came to Greensboro. I have always had good service there and one thing I appreciate is, when you drive up to the service bays someone always runs over and directs you to one bay or the other, I hate guessing about which line I should be in! Also, if I have to wait for the car it always seems they try to make sure you are not waiting too long. I have no complaints, they have taken care of everything concerning my Rogue.
Excellent Service. 3 months ago I bought a Hummer from this dealership, from the time I walked in until I left, my experience was exceptional. I was in a car accident and the Hummer was totaled, so I went back to this dealership, looked up Russ and once again, he provided outstanding service to me. When I am taken care of, I let everyone know, where to go and who to go see. These guys are just amazing at what they do. I walked away with a E Class Benz that I am picking up tomorrow. I went up there last night and just had talked about buying my wife another car, well I walked away last night with my wife driving brand new 2010 Nissan Xterra. Customer service is very important me and if you are in the market for a new or used car/truck, please go see Russ Keith, Diesel Dan or the Manager Ricky Williams. I can assure you these guys will take good care of you.
Worst Service Department Ever.
If you go to purchase a new or used car do yourself a favor and make sure its NOT from Crown Nissan of Greensboro. The service department is a nightmare! They are unable to make necessary repairs on a NEW car. They had to remove my dash to repair the Air Conditioner and busted the speakers, broke the trim, and did not install the dash back properly. I have a back seat that has not latched for months now, and is a real safety concern for my children. There has been Many attempts to have the car repaired and it continues to be returned unrepaired. And to make things worse the Service Manager has NO idea how to deal with customers. Would not even listen or write down the problems with the car.
