Disrespectful treatment from staff & horrible facial. I will make this review short since I gave a long one on Google reviews: I had a horrible facial; I get facials almost every other month. I left with mask still on my face, extractions where done with fingers without gloves (beyond painful) made her stop,

If you have been to a nice spa then they usually consist of a changing room with lockers - this spa didn't even show me or the other girls with me to the changing room we carried our things around in a basket. :o( And the comfy or relax room is nonexistent it is right in the middle of the floor almost.. Not very relaxing at all.. I was so upset I complained upon check-out, was spoken to disrespectfully. Wrote a letter to the owner explaining my disappointment and treatment and she again just justified her employees incompetence.. Read other reviews...l think this place hay day is over.They seem to be falling off ... I say do more research and go somewhere else and get your money worth.. Upon leaving I dropped a pretty penny to only hate that I even went there. Please try another spa... I give reviews all the time, I have never given a review this bad before.. Yay! They have more than one location!. I stopped going for a while because it was so hard to get an appointment on short notice, but someone told me they opened some new locations so I go to the one in Burlington now. (I think there's one in Kernersville too.) The staff is really nice and they are open seven days a week, which is great for me because I am a teacher and spend all day saturday catching up and doing stuff with my kids so its nice to unwind at the spa on a sunday.

I've had pretty much every service they offer at one time or another, my favorite is the hot stone massage, but that is only a special occasion treat for me. But I do get a lot of pedicures and waxing done there.

The last time I was there I got an airbrushed tan before my sister's wedding that was July 4th weekend. I was impressed. It looked really natural, not orangy or streaky like the lotions, so I didn't have to look like a ghost at her beach wedding.

Now I'm trying to talk my husband into getting us a couple's massage for our anniversary this fall.…

Kernersville Has Limited Inventory. I use Bare Minerals make-up, and they never keep enough of their biggest seller in stock. I never had this problem with the Greensboro location. When going into the spa, or calling, they always tell you that you can be put on a waiting list for the make-up and they will call you. If they know this is a HUGE color everyone uses, shouldn't they keep more on hand? Just seems like they have an excuse for why they don't have products in their Kernersville Store. I would recommend going to take the drive to Greensboro. They have a better selection of make-up.…
