Worst experience gym ever. The staff there is rude. The gym its self is small as compared to others close by. The only reason they have the amount of clients they do is they get you cause they're cheap. But you know what they say "you get what you pay for" A few of their machines had been down the whole time I was a member and I usually had to wait to get on the ones that worked.…
terrible staff. terrible experience the staff was very rude and the machines were old i went on a tour with a girl named roselba and she was more interested in her phone that showing me around. the only thing that was good was the prices but the staff was so rude it wasnt worth it…
Great Gym !. GREAT GYM! I signed up for the gym months before they opened, and I am still an active member. In the years that I have been coming, I have never had any problems when it came to finding a staff member or manager to speak with. Whenever I had any questions or issues with anything regarding the gym, someone was always able to help me. When a regular staff member couldn't help, they would pass me to management, who was always able to solve the issue within a day or two. The person below that complained about the cancellation policy should realize that ALL gyms have cancellation policies, and any of the reputable ones have the same policy, which is requiring a certified letter to cancel. I highly recommend this gym, along with its staff, personal training, and management team !…

I would recommend this gym to anyone of my family and friends!! I have been a member for the past year and I just renewed my membership for 2 years.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful especially the manager.
I was shocked when i read the previous review because that is not the same person I have been dealing with for the past year.People are really miserable and it's a shame but that life I guess.
I love all the classes they offer and the environment is great. I have never had any discrepencies with my monthly bills, on the contrary I received a credit on my statement for a training session I did not use. I would recommend this club to anyone! The estalisment is has everything you need from equipement to the classes offered. Enjoy your workout :)…
Terrible - Don't SIgn a Contract.
Gyms are like this, it's expected. However this gym has left me feeling completely taken. It was a great gym until I tried canceling my membership. I got a complete run-around for 2 months until I
finally sat with someone who told me it would cost me MORE to cancel than to just wait out the end of my membership which was just one more month. Since my contract was only for one year it made sense. The employee told me he would stop the renew so I'd be done after that month.
Three months later I realized that I am still being charged the monthly fee!! I called and asked to speak with a manager and the girl who answered asked what it was in regards to. When I said that it was irrelevant and that I just wanted to speak to a manager she hung up on me - SERIOUSLY!!
When I called back again the manager answered and he was a jerk. Completely insensitive to my situation and basically said that I was out of luck. That my contract states that in order to cancel my membership I would need to send in a certified letter. Something I would have been more than happy to do had I not been told otherwise.
He said he'd cut me a break for the misunderstanding and cancel the membership as of now but that none of my money would be refunded. I asked him to send me a copy of this cancellation in an email and I am yet to receive it.
If you're thinking about it - just don't do it. Not worth it. I went online as soon as I got off the phone and read so many reviews with similar stories I wish I read before I joined.…
