Horrible experience/worse service
by not amused at Citysearch
I recently went here to check out a truck. They assured me that the deal was done. My wife and i went to the dealership 4 times trying to take care of things for the deal. They had us complete all of the paperwork and sent us home in a new truck. The next day, after showing the truck to everyone, they called and said that there was a problem and i needed to bring the truck back. I went back to the dealership to have them tell me that I would have to leave the truck with them while they worked on some other figures to get me in the truck. They wanted me to leave the truck, but could not give me my down payment money back until Monday! I was livid and told them where they could put the truck and left. Got my money back...not at 10am like they told me, but at 630pm. Would never send anyone to buy a vehicle here! Horrible service, very shady operation!
