DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews first. I have an AHS warranty and they sent these guys out to fix a clog in an upstairs bathroom. Before they even got to my house, the owner calls and is complaining how AHS doesn't pay them enough and he deserves more than other plumbers. I should have seen the writing on the wall at that point. After $700.00 the bathrooms are not working, the downstairs commode is sitting in the shower and they want to charge me $150/hour, with no cap to finish what they could not fix in the first place. They did not submit a diagnosis to AHS and instead told me based on their "years" of experience the claim would be denied since I did not have a ground level cleanout (I have 3) and I should go ahead and pay them $500.00 so they could get started. When I pressed AHS to talk to them, they told AHS that there was not a cleanout so sure enough the claim was denied. It is most unfortunate I have to give at least one star to get this published, they really deserve a lot of negative stars.…

Avoid this company. I had an AHS warranty and they sent this company out to look at our hot water heater (our hot water was running brown and our hw heater was 13 years old). The tech said that the heater was fine and even called it a "newer model" (??) About an hour after he left, we heard water running in the walls and went to the attic to check the unit. It had a giant leak in the back seam and the drip tray was leaking so that water was all over our attic floor, dripping down the interior of our walls to the lower floors. Coincidental timing? Perhaps, but at best this guy didn't know what he was doing. Now we have to contend with water damage in addition to the expense of replacing the hot water heater.…

Complete Rip-Off!!!. I have AHS for Home Warranty and they sent these clowns to my house when my hot water heater broke. $250 to pull a permit, $100 to dispose of it, and $100 to protect my carpet. All totaled, they wanted $700 on top of the warranty which meant $1200 to replace. This meant that they were $300 more than competitors for the same job. What a waste of a day waiting for them. Avoid this company as they are dishonest and overpriced.…
