Cafe Cappuccino

Rude hostess at Cafe Cappuccino. We had the misfortune of visiting this establishment at the Bosque location this weekend. The "lady" whom greeted us was rude and disrespectful to our young children and extremely rude to all of us. She went as far as to talk loudly about us to another table calling us "jerks". In response to our 3 young children dropping napkins and not having a perfectly clean table after eating she said "next time bring a picnic table and sit outside". She also stated that she does not like people like me whom do not take care of their children". I would not suggest that you visit this facility as the manager on site would not talk to me and phone calls to both locations and emails to management have not been returned. I will give Kudos to the cooks there as well as the servers, particularly the one whom helped push my Mom in her wheelchair. Thanks to Waco's Chamber of Commerce for their response as well as the Better Business Bureau. They were attentive and very helpful in addressing our concerns.…
