21 Century Auto Group

Positive experience in a crunched situation. My family and I live not too far from this dealership and we often see cars driving around with this dealership logo on their plates, figured we would go check it out and see what they had. Last week, we went to Century to see some of the SUV’s I had seen on their website. Rudolf our sales assistant, greeted us as soon as we walked in and offered his help. We specified what vehicle we were interested in and he helped us right along. After looking at a few SUV’s (including the one we originally had our eyes on) We saw a 2008 PORSCHE CAYENNE we really liked and felt suited our needs the best. After a test drive and looking at information on the carfax, we decided this would be the car we would go with.

Rudolf, took his time to explain everything I needed to know about the car and its warranty and specifics. He treated us with respect and did not rush us to look at other options or set up any packages. Everyone at Century was really polite and there were quite a bit of people shopping around. This was a great experience and we recommend this place to family, co workers and friends.…

Everyone at the dealership was congenial, helpful and professional.I was sure I got a good price and will most likely buy from 21 Century auto group again. College Road Trip to 21 Century. I hoped my experience with this dealership would be a pleasant one and indeed it was. My salesman was on point and answered all of my questions. The prices on the cars are good too and since I purchased my car, I couldn’t be happier. I drive a long way from college in upstate NY to home in NJ (~6hr ride) and I needed something reliable. I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the friendliest and most professional manner your sales representitives treated us. I have to admit that purchasing a car at 21 century, with sales professionals such as yours was one of the most gratifying experiences I have had. Our salesperson Aaron took his time with us and was patient, to be sure we got the right car for our needs. The finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. We never felt pressured. He took us through the financial contract and extended warranty portion, which we also purchased, with expert care and professionalism.
