Customer focused. We have been going to Wildwood Crest since the 60s. We have been staying at the Bal Harbour for several years. The staff is customer focused and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay pleasurable. You cannot beat the location and easy beach access either. Can't wait to get back there. THANKS

Helpful and courteous staff. Recently I made reservations with this hotel, and were pleased with the helpful and courteous staff when making our reservations. Lee was pleasant to talk to over the phone, and the information was e-mailed to us promptly. Unfortunately, we were unable to make our trip, and my call to Lee explaining our situation and us having to cancel was taken graciously without any hassle. The helpful conversations with him made me feel comfortable where, I would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

So understanding!. I booked a room with Bar Harbour for July. A day later, My husband's job decided to send him away during that time. I was so dissappointed, but did not have any control over the situation. I already paid my deposit, but I called the hotel and explained my problem. They were completely understanding, and agreed to refund my entire deposit! Thank You Bal Harbour! I appreciate your hospitality.

Excellent Stay. Excellent Stay !!!!!!!: Had a wonderful time for the short 2 days I was there ! Never stayed anywhere better int The Crest ! The view was great from the balcony !

W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L ! ! !. We just came back from Wildwood Crest. We stayed at the Bal Harbour. GREAT hotel, staff very helpful. We had GREAT, CLEAN accomodations. We cannot wait for next summer for our Vacations. We just love the Bal Harbour. I forgot to let you know about the balcony, the location and the view. W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L ! ! !

A very nice hotel. A very nice hotel located in the Crest. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Be sure to look at the pool deck and direct beach access.
