rip off,charged 25 dollers to do less than a mile more like half a mile,never use them so damm expensive

Best cab company. Hands down, best cab company in Monmouth County. The cars are clean and the drivers I had were great! I never need to worry when I call them. I wouldn't call anyone else.

KB TAXI SERVICE. Reliable and friendly. The cars are very clean. I'd use them again for sure.

How does this company even stay open?. Wow, this service is the worst. Drivers are obviously stealing from this guy and he doesnt even know it. I work at the mall.. when I called for a cab I waited 30 minutes... so I called to say I don't need that car anymore.. However as I walk outside to my rides car... a KB taxi pulls up and says for me to tak ehim rather than put a burden on my friend...

Long story short... I was charged 2 dollars more and told it was for cancelling my ride?!?! When I asked why since I used them to get there I was told either pay it or the driver will call the cops on me.. so rather than deal with that bull*hit I just didnt tip the driver. This company is a joke and whoever runs it needs to go back to school.

BAD BAD BAD. This guy sold me on a price for a night out only to raise it comming home. Then to top it off he tells me a story about his daughter died... it wouldnt have bothered me so much BUT WE WERE GOING OUT FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY!!!

HE CLAIMS HES OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY BUT I HAD TO CALL 8 TIMES TO LET HIM KNOW WHERE I WAS!!!!

never again will i use this service
