I get all of my service work done here and the people in the service department are great. They work hard even when problems are difficult to solve and the customer service is top notch. Special thanks to Pete who coordinates all my service needs.

I bought a 2011 Fusion SE from them in January and had a great experience. It started when I requested an online quote - Sandy responded to me within a couple of hours with by far the best price of any dealer who responded. When the car they quoted me on had over 525 miles on the odometer (way too many for a new car), they were kind enough to search for the identical car at another dealership without even asking for a deposit first. They found that car within two days and still honored their original quote. When their other drivers were busy, Sandy even drove up to the swap dealer herself so I could take delivery on time. They also gave me the price I was looking for on my trade-in without any hassle. I can't speak about the other salespeople, but Steve, Sandy and Marge (the sales manager) were all tremendous to me. Two thumbs up!
