Best Salad Bar in Town. I don't eat at Jaker's for dinner, but I eat lunch there at least once a month. Although their lunch menu has lots of great options, I almost always go for the salad bar. Great selection of greens, lots of toppings including egg, cheese, bacon bits, almonds, seeds, mushrooms, other veggies and side salads (pasta, potato, etc.) Best is fresh chilled shrimp -- ask for cocktail sauce if you'd like to make fresh shrimp cocktail! Several soups daily -- their baked potato and lobster bisque are my favorites. You can also request french onion soup (which is brought directly from the kitchen). Last, the hot scones with honey butter are to die for! And all for about $10. Excellent!
