Unprofessional!. After receiveing a dry haircut from Ricca when normally I receive a shampoo and cut; my haircut was horrible! Called and asked for it to be corrected and was offered another dry cut by shampoo girl. I advised her that the dry haircut was the problem; I needed a shampoo and cut. They did not call me back until 1 1/2 months later and the shampoo girl left very unprofessional voicemail on machine in which she laughed througout the call. Ricca should have called and made this problem right herself. I was a long time customer and I will not be back.

Unprofessional. oh my god! I jus' called Salon Pink to make an appt. after a few seconds on hold they tell me they can give me Paige's cell number, (the stylist I was referred to) cause she's out of town?? I told the woman I was referred to the salon and that I would take anyone that could get me in today. next thing I know another person comes on the line and the woman says "hey, she says she'll see anyone today" the other person says "who does?" then I hear a click and immediately after another...they both hung up!????? ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
