Not Impressed at all..... I will never go back to this salon. I walked in and there were two girls sitting behind the counter. Neither greeted me and I had to tell them why I was there, as they didn't even ask if I had an appt. I then had to fill out a form and I handed it back to one of the girls. She pointed to something on my paper and showed the other girl and started whispering....definitely made me self concious! I went to get a relaxation massage and there was nothing relaxing about it. The massage room is right next to where people get their pedicures. Needless to say I spent the entire one hour massage listening to employees and clients talking about their weekends and such. It wasn't as if I heard just mumbling voices either, I could hear their full blown conversations. The room was not warm and had bright lights that were never dimmed. There was no heated blanket on the table, just a sheet and an afghan that looked like it should've been on my grammy's couch. The massage was good, but the environment was so horrible that I was very upset with my service. To top off my horrible experience....I stepped off the massage table to get dressed at the end and the floor was covered in dirt, sand and who knows what else. Everything stuck to the bottoms of my feet because the massage oil...it was absolutely disgusting! I would NEVER return or recommend this salon to anyone!! I just blew $75 on the worst massage experience of my life!…
Not Sure we were at the same salon!. Well, I went on a whim, will never again. I am very PICKY about the hair! First, When I checked in, the OWNER saw my name and my appointment time, but treated me like I was in the wrong place, Then I told Her exactly what I wanted not more than 1/2 inch off. She turned me away from the mirror , possibly so that I could not see her messing up my hair. I guess this ism there trick to get your hair there way, not your. Nothing to write home about. As i cashed out I found that my hair cut was worth millions, I was shocked at the pricing for there service. I would rather go to a school next time rather than these butchers. As the last two weeks have past I cant wait to fix this mess she caused. I would not only discourage anyone from going here I would tell you if you go to be assertive in making sure you get what you pay for here. i was told my hair was over processed from my last but now she want to color it 2 times in one visit. I have filed a compliant against the salon, I am not sure what happen this awful day I was here but my hair looks like a 2 year old cut it while I was sleeping. My hair falls out of a curling iron in the middle because its a mess... PLEASE BEWARE GOING HERE! THINK TWICE...…
