They don't honor their promises

I called and spoke to a man named John before they closed the evening before and was told that they would hold an item for a agreed advertised price when I went to pick this item up I was told they would not be honoring this price. I drove for 35 min just for this item and was told they did not care and they would not be selling me this item at this price.
