From start to finish, salesperson to installers, the quality of work was beyond Excellent. They guide through the whole job. The salesperson explained everything giving options and the pro's and con's of everything (very honest) with reminder e-mails after you made your order until your order is complete letting you know that they have not forgotten about you, to making the installation day totally convenient for you and the installers were efficient, they cleaned up through the whole process and before you know it they are done. Follow up calls afterward to be sure you were completely satisfied. I felt like I was looked out for instead of being taken advantage of. I have seen other companies completed work and it does not compare to the high quality product and look of completion I got. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for new windows!

We had saved a long time to buy new windows and had checked out several companies--favoring those that were located in our area. American Vision "made us an offer we couldn't refuse" with a combination of value and quality.

They did exactly what they promised and installation went like a dream. The entire house was finished the same day and things were left in good shape. It was an excellent experience. And we have already noticed how much quieter it is, and how the temperature is much more stable. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

OK, first off i want everyone to know that its a shame reviews only offers up to 5 Stars. This Company Rocks! We bought a house that really needed new windows and doors. I went to Trade shows, called up at least 5 different companies to get quotes. They were all about the same, give or take a few dollars. Someone told me to check out American Vision Windows. I made an appt. and checked out their showroom. I was there for less than one hour and got the best service i could ask for. Now for what you all really want to know... I saved over $4,000 by just going in and looking. They didn't pressure me. They didn't even try and sell me. They just showed me their windows and saved me $$$. Lots of $$$. Cut to 3 years later. I decide to add square footage to my house. I need 3 more windows and 2 more Sliding glass doors. I didn't even hesitate. I ordered the sizes. They still came out and measured them for me just to make sure i didn't make a mistake. I had the windows and doors in no time. I cant say enough about American Vision Windows. No wonder why they are growing so fast. They are affordable and the customer service is Outstanding! Oh yea, i just remembered something else. I had 2 windows and 1 sliding glass door get stuck on me. These specific windows were ones i later ordered and were installed by my contractor and not American Vision. I called American Vision Windows and they came out to make sure it wasn't a factory defect. It wasn't. It was installed improperly by my contractor. Guess what? American Vision Windows fixed the issues anyway and never charged me. Who does that? American Vision Windows is the most honest, trustworthy and reliable company i have ever dealt with. I can go on and on but you get the picture. Like i said. This Company Rocks!

I love my new windows! I just wish the customer service was a little better. We went to the showroom and really appreciated the brief education on windows our salesperson gave us. We liked the price, so we went ahead and signed the contract. The contractor who came out to re-measure (we had done our own measurements) was very knowledgeable; we had to make some changes, so he left a message for our salesperson. Long story short, it was almost a week later before he got back to us because he was out of town. I don't know if he was the only one that would've been able to help us or if we could've talked to someone else. It would've been nice if the salesperson had a substitute available for us.

The installation was excellent. The crew covered our floors and furniture very well. All the windows were done in less than a day! Another guy was supposed to come out and finish a wall the next day (we had a window frame made smaller). My husband waited at home, but he didn't show up. It turned out that there was a scheduling error and he wouldn't be out for a few days (it was a holiday the day after).

Again, I have to say that the windows are amazing -- we bought Anlin with argon gas in between and I can finally sleep without hearing my neighbors talk in their backyard. I would've given this company 5 stars if it weren't for the unexpected waiting we had to do.

My mother had been wanting to replace her kitchen windows for years but we where hesitant because we where worried we would not find a good company. One day I heard an ad from American Vision Windows stating that the service is important to them. Along with a no tax deal they where having a decided to call them. The service was great from beginning to end. Everyone, from the person answering the phone, to the installers acted professional. My mother was so happy she had few doors replaced. I just moved two a new house and I am already preparing to replace a window and door through American Vision. I would never call any other company to have my windows and doors replaced. Great job American Vision, you followed through with your promise.

I had American Vision Windows install 3 large windows with v groove inside my house to cover up openings from my upstairs loft looking downstairs in 2003.I was very thrilled with the end results. I ordered the windows and they were delivered and installed within a timely matter. I've had multiple compliments on the finish and have referred many of our family and friends. AVW is very professional and would do business with them anytime!!!

We purchased a French door window for our room 3 years ago. We received great service for the very beginning. Even one of the Production Managers of the company came and took the measurements for the window himself!!!! Great Experience and very professional.

The window is beautiful and it keeps the noise away. It also keeps the room from getting hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We couldn't be happier with this purchase. I totally recommend it.

We purchased our windows over 10 years ago with American Vision and product is still in great standing, customer service is exceptional from point of sales to installation and have referred our 4 children and some neighbors to purchase from them with no regret. Thank you American Vision for making my home still feel like new and most of all for excelling the customer service to all my referrals! There's more to come...

Thank you, AVW for making my condo come alive. I have a northwestern exposure and as long as I have lived there (23 years) have enjoyed the sunsets. However, I had the original aluminum windows which shook in the wind (had to put a sock in it to sleep) and the screens, well you can imagine how sad they were (I had to patch one where the cat went through it). So, I had been listening to the commercials on the radio (KFI, KABC, KFWB) for about two years and finally decided to take the plunge, after urging from my friends to do so, and call AVW. I got an appointment for Dean to come out after I got home from work, at 7:00 pm, and had my friends attend too. We got a lesson in windows. We were like school kids for an hour looking at all the new toys we could have. Well, Dean gave me a very good deal on living room and bedroom windows, and a balcony sliding door. I chose the tan vinyl.

So then the second measure appointment with the boss came up and my friends were there for that too. We were so excited because we were getting closer to having windows that did a sunset justice. About one month later my windows had been built (I had to have a custom patio sliding door) and an installation date for a Saturday was set to accommodate my work schedule. The four installers arrived at 8:30 am and were done by 2:30. It was a major job since every window in the condo was being replaced at the same time. Alex and Juan, excuse me, but can't remember the other two fellows names, were so professional. Just getting the new windows up to the second level of my condo was a job unto itself. I tell you, they figured out where to unload them and raise them up for installation.

I was very glad to see the old windows go. They didn't go without a fight, however, it took a lot of heavy equipment to remove them. It took two days for my cat to speak to me again after the disruption, but he sure likes looking out over his kingdom through the new windows (and so do I). After the installers had packed up (and boy do they have a lot of equipment to deal with) and cleaned up (my condo was cleaner after they left for sure) I treated my friends to dinner at the Marina. Fun was had by all and we celebrated AVW doing such a fine job for us.

I recommended AVW to my neighbors who dropped by to witness some of the process. Good job, AVW!!

We contracted with American Vision Windows to replace all the window coverings in our home and we have lots of windows and sliding doors. They carry a wide selection of products and have a very well designed showroom. We decided to use a combination of Hunter-Douglas vertical and horizontal blinds with a large selection of materials and fabrics. We narrowed color selections down and American Vision then arranged for the Hunter-Douglas rep and AV sales consultant to come to our home to assure the colors fit our decor. Absolutely excellent service. Pricing was far better than the Big box stores (Home Depot - Lowe's) or any other provider we contacted.

The window coverings were delivered and installed timely by courteous, well trined staff.

More importantly, 4 years after installation, we began having some difficulty with one of the vertical blinds on a sliding door. The problem seemed to be with the installation. We called American Vision and they (Tracy Brough) sent someone out and they fixed the problem. Four years after install. That's good service and that's why we will use American Vision again and again.
