I took my 10 year old daughter for a consultation with Dr. Ferreira and we didn't know what to expect going into the office, but once we arrived, we were greeted with smiling faces. The wait time was 10mins at the most and we were taken on a tour of the lovely facility. Dr. Ferreira and his staff were great and made my daughter and myself feel so welcomed. Once we left, my daughter stated, "Mom, I love that place and I really like the orthondontist because he was really nice and explained everything to me so that I could understand". Nobody Treats You Better. I took my 12 year old daughter for an evaluation with Dr Ferreira. We were greeted the moment we walked through the door. After a minimum amount of paperwork we were given a tour of the entire office and all procedures were explained. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about all products and procedures. Dr Ferreira is an absolutely genuine doctor that has your best interest at heart. There was no pressure to go forward with any procedure. He laid out the options clearly to us and allowed us to make the choice. When we went back the following week, after having only been there one time, we were greeted BY NAME as soon as we walked in the door. Try that at most places. The appointment was quick and on time and we were out the door happy that we had chosen to use Dr. Ferreira and his staff.
