Sales: Well met. All questions answered
appropriately. Vehicle is what I requrested and is very satisfactory.
Was disappointed that when I came to pick up the car, the financing was not as I had specified and I had to wait fir the financing manager to re-write the agreement.
In hindsight, I would not have accepted any of the add on insurances or other services. I feel a bit victimized but the pitch was very convincing. Caveat emptor.

i came to apple looking for a 2010 honda accord me and my wife walked to lot and came in and saw jeff. Jeff asked us some questions and showed us a car. it just happen to be the one we like before we came into the store. They at apple work out great financing for us. we are very happy with our purchase..

It was an awesome and wonderful experience. Chris knew the product very well and spent time with me going over any questions I had and not rushing me or giving me the sales push to buy a vehicle. As my purchase was an all cash deal he made me feel comfortable with my purchase and I was very well satisfied even more so! In 2000 I bought a Honda Civic and the experience was a wonderful experience as well. The staff at Riverhead Honda are very friendly and geniuely cares about the customer and the customer's needs.

Excellent. Jeff was knowledgeable, honest, friendly and he communicated the cost issues clearly. We have purchased a car from him in the past and as a result of that experience, we sought him out for this purchase. We would do it again too.
