Another victim of this viscous economy. Could not hang in there any longer. I talked to the owner, he said thing were getting very bad. They fell behind on their rent, and they couldn't pay DP&L any longer! Sad. Where is the small business mans bailout, Mr. PRESIDENT? Sad, very sad.
