Good Food - Bad Service. Sal's is a great place to get Italian food - there's no doubt about that. However, having been there multiple times, I must admit their downfall is service. The other night a group of us went to Sal's and were served by a waitress named Tracy who was rude, inattentive, and had a very bad attitude. The food, drinks, and bill, took forever to be delivered, and her short temper and disregard for any sense of friendliness soured our visit. If it's Italian food you're looking for, go to Sal's. If it's Italian food served promptly and with a smile, don't.
