This dealership, in my opinion, is rather unique. I wont speak of malcontent of another dealership, but I will say that they took their time with me. To have information explained concise is not easy to come by these days. I am very appreciative of genuine communication that was displayed. I am definitely getting my tire replaced (as we suggest by the consultant Vic), and look forward to having my car serviced with this dealership whenever necessary! I will NEVER go to a 3rd party mechanic!
Although I didn't purchase my Honda in Tallahassee, Proctor Honda always makes sure that I am well taken care of when I visit them. They are excellent with service on your vehicle and caring enough to take time to answer your questions. Thanks also to Victor in the service department. He is always helpful and pleasant.
I recently brought my Honda in for maintenance and the service was excellent. Everyone was polite, friendly, honest, and helpful; they answered all my questions and fixed my car quickly. It can be hard to find a maintenance department that you can trust and they will certainly have my business again!
I recently took in my 2002 Honda Civic (our family's primary kid-toting car) for a recall. The matter was handled very quickly and with good communication from the service technician. Also, while they had the car, they performed an inspection to check for any other issues. Our experience was very positive and would recommend Proctor Honda for any of your service needs.

Best Honda Dealership in Tallahassee and Surrounding Area. The Proctor Honda dealership is by far the best in Tallahassee and the surrounding area. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. I even get a phone call from my salesperson on the year anniversary of my Honda purchase - we are at year 4 and he never forgets! Plus, the service department is superb - they answer all of your questions, explain the service your vehicle is receiving and always protect the car. (No mechanic smell or mess after a service!) The amazing customer service in both the sales and service departments is why everyone in my family always buys our Honda vehicles from Proctor.
Great service. I had a warning light come on in my 2010 Honda Fit and called Proctor Honda for an appointment. They had one available for the next day, quite convenient to my schedule. I brought my car in, and was out of there in about an hour, with a fixed car and a car wash! The service department folk are great to deal with and make me not dread bringing my car in for service!!
PROCTOR HONDA. I bought a Honda Accord last October, and couldn't be happier with that choice. It's a love to drive, and everything runs smoothly.I want to keep it that way, and took it in for service when I was notified it was time a couple of weeks ago. What a pleasant experience! The Proctor customer service rep was efficient and courteous. I was told what would be done and how much it would cost. The service was provided in a short time, and I was in and out with dispatch. Proctor service is great!
Great Service. My Civic has 127,000 miles on it and was running well, but it was time for a tuneup. I made an appointment for service, took it in, and the service rep explained everything that would be checked on my car, estimated the cost and the finish time. I got a timely call, picked up my car, the cost was just what I was told it would be. All the service was explained to me including what I should keep an eye on in the future. I really thought this major checkup would cost me twice as much as it did. My car and I were treated with respect. My car runs like new. I will be back to Proctor for service.
Quality Service. I have a used Honda that was purchased in Atlanta (by a customer service rep for our credit union) for us. It came with a wobbly front seat. I needed to take it in for a minor adjustment for something else. Upon asking about the seat Proctor Honda fixed my seat at no cost to me! They are great to work with and if there is any other problem they will work to make it right on every level. So glad they are in the town I live in. Thanks Service Dept workers!
