Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to comment on my recent procedure with Sono Bello Body Contour of Tacoma Washington.

The process of having any type of procedure performed can be unsettling, frustrating, and even one which can lead you to believe it was the worth mistake of their life. This is not one of them. However, I did not approach this lightly, and researched other facilities before landing safely with Sono Bello. During my review of the online before and after pictures, I saw many similar individuals to my problem areas, but the patient stories from prior clients spoke louder than the picture could tell. Every story spoke of the emotional gratification their procedure brought for them. I wanted this as well. You see I was then person in the gym 5, 6 even 7 days a week with the same result of extra fat on my “Love Handles”, and mainly in the back area. Even when I was at 8% body fat, I still had an excess roll that would not go away. I am 51 years of age, married, and work fulltime in the naval engineering field, and time away from my job is almost impossible.

The most difficult part of the entire procedure was to schedule the appointment, when I needed to pick up the phone. Once the appointment was scheduled, unbelievably I felt like a kid the night before their birthday. The day came and the true success of Sono Bello made clear to us at the front desk by the receptionist. You can see through staff members who are unhappy with their jobs, but my wife and I received nothing but positive feelings from the entire staff. Additionally, my wife and I got the opportunity to have our consultations review together. Any question needed, received an answer. We never felt pressured, and any hurdle met with several options.

The procedure went better than either of us could imagine. When I finally removed my bandage after the first 24 hrs I was shocked by the transformation, instant transformation. Dr. Potyondy hands are gifted and when the my wife saw the difference she stated, “Your procedure is incredible”. This by itself was worth the procedure as I started with a little doubt that something with little pain could produce the results I now see in the mirror daily.

My procedure performed at 2 PM on Friday and I went back to work three days later on Monday. Used only Tylenol and felt only minor discomfort throughout the remaining week. The Postop appointment performed a week later and again received nothing but the best in care from the entire staff. The breath a depth of the Tacoma Sono Bello team reflect the work Professionals without a doubt, and I would recommend anyone wishing to consider body contouring procedures to consider Sono Bello of Tacoma.

From the beginning to the end, contacting Sono Bello in Tacoma has been a very rewarding experience.

Kendal at the front desk is very welcoming and accommodating. Julie, the RN, is patient with all your questions and concerns as she probably hears the same things over and over! At my one week appointment, I did not feel rushed as we went over my results and questions. Megan (who assisted) was as sweet as they get, kind, helpful. Lastly, you will not find a more apt plastic surgeon than Dr. Sobel. He has been professional, helpful, and listens to questions, giving answers in a easy to understand way.

The procedure itself is painless, the pain afterwards nothing to speak of. I am looking forward to the results and find that I don't have a lot of questions because you are sent emails with reminders on how to care for yourself, how you should feel, and what to do to achieve the best results!

I don't know why I waited so long, and wish I would have done it sooner. What are you waiting for, give these guys a call!

I had liposuction on April 6, 2013. My free consultation before the surgery with Melody allowed me to learn about the procedure and to know I really wanted it. She answered all my questions. My upper/lower abs and hips were done by Dr. Potyondy and I have no complaints. I never really hurt after the liposuction. I was definitely sore the first week, but I was completely able to function. I had surgery on a Saturday and returned to work the following Tuesday... Only 2 days till I was back moving around. Overall, the doctor and nurses were all AWESOME!!

I recently had the liposuction procedures on 5 areas of my body, in two different procedures, about 1 week apart. Originally, I was told all 5 would be accomplished at the same time but at the doctor consultation, I was informed it would take two procedures, which wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear but I went with it.

The procedures went quite smoothly, the staff were professional, friendly and reassuring throughout both procedures. I found myself a bit apprehensive the second time but it wasn't as uncomfortable as the first procedure. I was amazed at how quickly the process went and how little discomfort was associated with it. I would definitely recommend the procedures and would do it again, and may consider more treatments in the future, depending on how well I heal. It's been 3 & 4 weeks for me and I'm feeling great, getting wonderful compliments and my confidence level is much increased.

Thank you Sono Bello for your professionalism and the great follow-up messages that help me understand why is going on with my body at that particular stage. I am possibly looking at some arm and tummy tuck procedures in the future and I will go through Sono Bello for their recommendations.

After a free consultation with Melody (which was very friendly & informative) at the Tacoma Sonobello, I decided to go foward with the procedures. Since I was having 5 areas done they advised me that doing 2 different procedures would be the best.

On 4-12-13 I had my first procedure which was my upper abs, lower abs & hips. The doctor & nurse were very friendly, caring & professional. After the procedure they put a compression garmet on me that 'll wear for 6 weeks. Before I knew it, I was home. I was impressed that Dr. Potyondy called me later in the day to check on me, although I was sleeping . The pain was only bad the first day, after that just was uncomfortable.

On 4-17-13 I had my second procedure which was the banana roll & thighs. I was not looking forward to this procedure so much, since I had liposuction 15+ years ago, and that was pretty painful and was hard to sit down for quite a long time. I was much more alert during this procedure, talking with Dr. Potyondy and not feeling so out of it. When I returned home, I was quite surprised at how I didn't hurt compared to 15 years ago. Thanks to new technology, these procedures were a piece of cake. Every day is getting much easier.

The follow up e-mails were very helpful explaining what to expect and how to speed up recovery as well as the phone calls checking on me to see how I was doing. The whole staff at Sonobello made this an enjoyable experience. Now I am patiently waiting for my final results, but have already noticed a big difference.

I decided to have my waist and tummy done about a week ago after I saw my girl friend who had both the waist line and legs lipo procedures with very good results.



The staff were very nice and thorough in explaining the procedure. I was awake the whole time during the procedure and felt just a little discomfort. The procedure lasted 2 hours and when I came home, the pain was not that all bad. The incisions were very small and after just 10 days it is almost healed. You experience a little pain during the recovery, which is normal in this kind of procedure, but just taking Ibuprofen capsules takes the pain away.

You wear the body compression for 6 weeks which helps the healing process. It is actually like a girdle except better . I would say, that if you cannot get rid of your middle section through exercise, I recommend you try this procedure! You will be happy!

4-13-2013 I had my neck, under arms, and arm pit area done. I was nervous the day of my procedure, but after being told what was going to be done, I felt at ease. During the procedure I was very comfortable, no pain at all, could not believe it when they said "ok your done" I was sooo suprised I had no nausea, I was prepared to feel so sick. I even had to take ferry home, no problems. On day 7 I am already seing GREAT results. My bruising on my neck was minimal, the other areas with not much more. I have nothing but good things to say about Sono Bello, can't wait for full results. I Will be going back to them for my next treatment.

04/12/2013 I had my upper & lower abdomen and hips done. During the day of the procedure I was a little bit nervous, but excited. The surgical staff was fantastic. Wow! I felt very comfortable.Sono Bello really did a good job of explaining to me how they were reshaping my body. I was awake but I was really comfortable,I didn't feel anything that was painful. I couldn't believe it when they said okay you're done, it's time to go home. The next day I was up doing things around the house,after the procedure I had areas of tenderness and some numbing of the skin but it did not stop me from my regular life activities. I was very happy I had my two daughters here to help out.The great thing about this procedure was the downtime was nothing,went in on a Friday back to work by Monday.

At Sono Belo you can rest a sure the physicians and staff see your safety is their primary Responsibility ( my fat off to Dr.Sobel )

I had always had a difficult time ridding myself of that pesky lower abdominal fat and had gotten to a point where I was no longer going to have anymore children and was in a physical condition where I felt I would benefit from the body contouring. I scheduled my consultation appointment and was greeted by positive and very wonderful staff who also assured me that I would do well with the procedure. At the day of my procedure I was very nervous, but was reassured by the nurse and doctor that everything would be fine. Once the medications wore off afterwards I was very surprised how little discomfort I was in. Now, less than two weeks into recovery, I am already seeing amazing results and have started back into running and am back in the gym, but still taking it easy as to not cause any complications.

I am immensely happy with my experience with Sono Bello and would definitely consider going back if I want to work on any other areas!

The minute I walked in the door at the Tacoma location of Sono Bello my experience was wonderful, from the recptionist to the consultant to all the nurses and of course Dr. Sobel who did a great job on my upper and lower abdomen and my hips.

When I went in a couple of weeks ago for my procedure I was so nervous that I was going to be awake, by the time Dr. Sobel started I was so relaxed and so comfortable, it was a great experience!

I feel great and it has only been two weeks, I'm so excited to see the results once the swelling is gone, time and patience is all I need now.

Thank you everyone at Tacoma Sono Bello for being so friendly and reassuring!
