WOW!. I briefly thought about not posting this and keeping it to myself, but I have to say, we all thought this was one of the best meals we've ever had. Period. I am not a sushi fan, and went thinking I was going to try the Hibatchi. But seeing those elegent little packages fly by on plates, got me intrigued. So I tried.I went for the cooked MAKI C combination which consisted of the American Dream, the California and the shrimp Tempura. The sushi was artistry. Unique, beautifly presented, and DELICIOUS! Best Sushi On the Island by far. Best sushi by far. Blows Nissen and Kotobuki out of the water. Great Food and a very trendy atmosphere. I loved the paradise roll and New year roll.
