Beautiful extras. My husband purchased gift cards from ESspa for my daughters and I as Christmas gifts, and we decided to use (part of) our gift cards to get facials today. We had very relaxing, well-rounded facials with lots of extras and we were very happy with our experience. We were offered an additional amenity (arm or foot exfoliation and massage) as part of our service. We also received neck and upper back treatment/massaging and extractions. Additionally, our aestheticians were each waiting in the hall with ice water at the end our treatments. It is clear based on your beautiful spa accommodations that ESspa is concerned with a high level of customer service.…
