Warren Heating & Cooling - second to none

19 months ago I was researching different Air Conditioner and Furnace companies. My experiences with the other companies were not in the same ballpark as with Warren Heating & Cooling. John L. came to visit and impressed me with his knowledge and details. The pricing to move toward a more efficent furnace, as well as a very reliable Carrier AC were a no brainer to go with. I have saved quite a bit of money over this time, with the new products and the Warren Heating and Cooling team was highly professional. I would swear by Warren, and I highly recommend anyone to go with them. A very satisfied customer especially every month when I receive by Gas and Electric bill!

Very happy with their work

I have been very happy with every facet of my dealings with Warren H&C. It was easy to get an appointment to get an estimate, Patrick the rep was very knowledgeable and accommodating on time. The price was excellent, and they knew all about the rebates we could get and filled out all of the paperwork for us. The workmen were on time, courteous and very neat. I could not have asked for more.

Warren Heating - A very cool company

My dealing with Warren Heating started with a very polite and friendly receptionist and an appointment with a sales person at a specific time. Other companies put me on hold, didn't call back for several days and couldn't give me a specific time they would be here. The sales rep explained more and told me about options no one else even mentioned. The men who came to install the system were polite, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done in two days instead of three and fully explained what they had done. There were no unexpected "surprises". I felt that I was dealing with a very competent company that cares a lot about customer satisfaction.

Warren Heating & Cooling

Paul Hewett's brother turned me onto Warren Heating & Cooling after a flood a few years ago. The experience was a good one, so I called them again after Hurricane Irene. Once again they were prompt, clean and fair. I would recommend them to others in a minute! In this day and age, it is such a pleasure to have people show up on time and do a great job. I am very confident calling them. Not only are the techs great but the office staff is most helpful and pleasant.
Let's just hope I get a few years off before having to call again!
