My Best Experience Ever.
I've been on a spiritual path for many years, a path which has led me to visit Sedona perhaps a dozen times over the past 10 years. Last year I lost my husband of 15 years in a tragic accident and just couldn't seem to get through the grieving process. My heart was so broken I didn't know how it was still beating. I just needed a break, so I went up to see a friend in Sedona. It was my friend who suggested I consider doing a retreat with SpiritQuest. At that point I was willing to try almost anything to feel good again, so I went by their office to inquire.
I came in with no appointment, just to sort of check it out, and not intending to stay long. Amazingly, Katherine dropped what she was doing and gave me her full attention for well over and hour. Not only did she listen to the full story of what I was going through, her kind and loving approach put me at ease with the idea of doing a retreat. And her wisdom about the grieving process made me feel totally better by the time I left!
We exchanged a few emails and phone callsm and three weeks later I was back in Sedona to start my retreat. To say the staff at SpiritQuest exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. They suceeded in bringing me all the way back.
That was over a month ago and I still feel the peace I had when I left. Don't misunderstand, I still miss my beloved husband and I always will. But combined with that longing is a deep appreciation of all that we shared and a renewed hope for the future.
I've had many amazing experiences in Sedona, most which were with my dear husband. My retreat with SpiritQuest was the very best of these. I know now that he was with me during this retreat, helping me every step of the way. I plan to go back next year and would recommend SpiritQuest to anyone.
