Know their stuff. I can't say enough good things about Alamo Pest Control and their excellent service. Right from the start he was refreshingly honest and informative about our rat problem. He didn't try to sell us some long-term monthly contract like everyone else we called, and his rates beat everyone hands-down. He is very polite with a good sense of humor and always showed up on-time and on-schedule. I seriously believe he solved our problem quicker and better than any other company out there could have because his level of service and commitment was just awesome.
