I have recommended this to several people and they have had a great experience with them as well. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doc have been nothing but the best. Amy and all the dental techs are always friendly and pleasant. Dr. Gupta is very good at his job and always pleasant to talk to.

Aspen Dental is joke! I arrived as a new patient to get a cleaning due to a change in insurance, and left with a work plan of over $6,000 for things that were absolutely ridiculous. When speaking with Jim about $$$ he acted sorry that he was trying to sell me the treatment saying that it was up to Dr Gupta. Which brings me to my next point - i have never felt rushed in a health care facility but he rushed the girl taking my xrays, rushed through talking to me (which sounded like he probably tells the same thing to all the patients) and rushed the hygienist Katie through her part of the appointment. I think i will write a letter to the head of the company - that man talks to his employees horribly. He was so disrespectful to the girl who was assisting him, rolling his eyes, huffing and puffing. So RUDE. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO ASPEN DENTAL. After going to another office to get a second opinion where i was also told i had gum disease and needed a deep cleaning my new treatment plan was half of what was quoted to me at Aspen Dental. The girl who took my Xrays was the most pleasent part of my experience, and even that was uncomfortable.. but at least she was nice and acted like she cared. Her name was Chelsie i think. Very kind. The girl at the front desk was also very rude and acted like she would rather be doing anything else but didn't bother to introduce herself so i don't know her name. Seems like that place is all about numbers! how unfortunate for the people who have already infested time and money into that place!!!!!

Had very bad teeth and hadn't smiled in years. I got a beautiful set of full dentures and now I can't stop smiling. I was worried the dentures would look fake, but they look great!

Very pleased w/ my experience here. I thought I was going to need a lot of work done since I hadn't seen a dentist in a long time. I also have high anxiety about dentists. The staff and doctor have always made me feel at ease, which I never thought could be possible for me. I also have only ever needed a cleaning, and no other work. More great news from a great office!

I came in for an appointment while I was on break for college. They didn't try to oversell anything to me. I was actually told I needed less fillings than my previous dentist told me I had. And they suggested using a certain paste to help avoid other cavities, and thus, save money in the future! I was able to get all my work done before returning to school, which was great since I go to school 6 hours away. Thanks Dr. Gupta, staff, and Aspen Dental for being so accommodating and kind!

Very impressed by the staff and Dr. Gupta. He and his staff always give me their full attention and are very compassionate. I have recommended a number of friends and cowrokers to this office for that reason alone.

Personally, my experience was a great one. They were prompt and thorough. Everyone was very friendly and warm. This was an atypical dental office experience for me...and I mean that in a good way!

Doctor didnt give us the time of day. James was very cordial and professional. Rachel was kind but was disturbing that she wasmt wearing mask or gkoves when she was helping the doctor with the shots.

Terrible place!. This is another one of those Dental practices that is all about the money. They offer a $19.95 exam for new patients and then I got a bill for another $35.00. They also try and push unnecessary services. I really hope I can find a dentist who cares about the health of my teeth over the money in his or her pocket.

Mixed Feelings. They told me to be there 15 minutes early so that I could fill out all my new client papers. I did but the xray tech interrupted me after just the first page and there were at least 5 to fill out!! After she took my xrays the dentist rushed in and asked me all the same questions the girl had just asked so I had to tell the same stories all over again. I had wanted to see the female dentist that had been doing my friend's work but they didn't even off me the option of seeing her. The nurse came in and measured what she called my "gum pockets". She was very friendly and unfortuantely for my gums, honest! Her and the tech made me feel okay about not getting good news. After she left I got to finish my paperwork and then a woman came to get me. She sat me in the office and told me the damages and offered me a payment plan. She was very professional and caring. I could tell that she truly cared about my health. I asked her where the female dentist was and she told me that she would be at the other office for a while. I think I'll go have her do my work. The girls at this office were nice but the male dentist was not very personable and was obviously in a hurry. He didn't act like he cared at all. If I'm going to pay thousands of dollars to get my "smile back" then I want to like and feel good about who is working on me. I will be going to see Dr. Kayla at the other office. She has come highly recommended.
