Aspen provided quality customer service and went the extra mile for me. I have a limited opening of my mouth due to a previous health problem. The dentist was able to give me fillings when other dentists would not even try. Everyone had a great attitude and they were upfront with all the costs. The office manager is very detailed and explained the treatment plan clearly. I had a great experience and will use Aspen for my dental needs going forward.

so so. Gave me doubts with there book keeper. Watch out tried to charge me twice for the same procedure. Ex ray happy also. The actual dental work was good. I had went there for a problem and pain with one tooth. I asked to just help me with that tooth. they said sure. next thing i know is there working me up for a hole mouth of work and asking me to sign a agreement for them to fix everything wrong for 2000.00 dollars. No just fix what I ask for.....

Aspen Dental. I had recently visit Aspen Dental as a new patient with the most awsome team at south lakeland. Everyone was very nice. The receptionist Mindy was always smiling in the front desk everytime patients came in and also answering phone calls. The dental assistant both were awesome Cierra and Victor both instructed me very well into everything that was going to be done, Sherea the hygenist, love her she was very gentle in doing teh probing exam. Dr. Cartagana is a very good doctor would recommend her to my friends and family. Danielle the office managershe was very helpful in offering the many options they have to continue my treatment at their office. To anyone who reads this review I would recommend this office for family visits.

Great and caring team!. Awesome team! Had to cut my story short on here, but here’s part of it:

I had to have 8 extractions done for my partials. This was the one appointment I was really dreading! I actually didn t sleep well at all the night before. When I arrived, again Jania welcomed me with her big warm smile! I was brought back by Destiny, who was also extremely nice and reassured me that I was going to be fine. Dr. Cartagena came in and began giving me the local anesthesia. She told me she d be back in a bit. Here s where this team hit it out of the ball park for me. While I was waiting, in comes Danielle! She came in just to see how I was doing and again to reassure me I was going to be fine. She came around the back of the chair and patted my shoulders reassuringly! Then Dr. Cartagena came in to begin the procedure. I actually started having what felt like a panic attack. I know she sensed it and again in her gentle way, she reassured me I would fine. Then, to my surprise, just as the Dr. began, in comes Sherea and asked if she could assist! She sat next to me and began talking and making me laugh! Within a minute after that I was totally at ease. They were so focused on helping me, that I don t think they noticed the tear that went down the side of my face. It was a tear of RELIEF! I felt at that moment that I was with family and they would NOT allow anything to go wrong! You have to understand how very difficult this fear has been for me to overcome. And thanks to your team, I have!!! Its rare to find a group of people that work so well together and that show such genuine caring and compassion for their patients. They are truly and excellent example of your company. I hope you will share this email with your team at the south Lakeland office. They ve put the smile back on my face in more ways that one and I will be their patient as long as they are around! Thank you for your time! Enrique (Henry) Portell
