Awesome Screening Process

As a former HR Manager, I truly appreciate Frontline's extensive candidate screening process and as a job-seeker I am very grateful they spent the time with me! Great Recruiters! Frontline placed me at a healthcare group as the Director of Finance and they could not have found a better match for me! They took the time to not only get an understanding of my skills, but also the soft skills that I brought to the table. AWESOME Agency

AWESOME agency. I have used three other agencies in Nashville to hire accounting professionals and none come close to this group. The candidates they sent me were top notch and the customer service they provided was impeccable. The Recruiter I worked with came out and visited our office and really spent the time to understand the skill set and personality that would excel in our environment; definitely not resume pushers! Highly recommend to anyone looking to hire or anyone looking for a job!

We called Frontline for a contract to hire Accountant. That was over a year ago and since then we have used them to fill administrative, accounting, engineering and legal positions throughout our company. Really listen to the people they represent

I have worked with a few other agencies and Frontline is hands down the best. I spoke with a Recruiter on the phone about a Financial Analyst role and then scheduled a time to come in and meet with him. He went over my entire background, spent the time to really understand my skills and a week later sent me out on a 6 month contract assignment that is a perfect match for my background. This agency really takes the time to listen to the people they represent. Highly recommend this group to anyone looking for an ethical, high integrity company.
