Very good!. I needed a deep cleaning on short notice after kitchen reconstruction and just in general getting behind on baseboards, chair rails, etc. I called on Tuesday and they were able to be to the house on Friday.

Fortunately I was flexible with my time because I was originally scheduled for 8, it was changed to 12 and while they kept me updated, the staff did not arrive until shortly after 1.

We have 4 pets and hardwood floors so there was a lot to clean and dust. Overall an very good job was done. A few surfaces were missed like the piano bench and I think it would have been better to dust after vacuuming (an old trick my mother taught me) because while the mahogany furniture in the dining was dusted, in the bright light the next day a very fine layer of dust was on the table and other surfaces in this room...so I had to redust.

The staff was cheerful, and thorough so I don't want it to appear as though I was not satisfied, I was, but a quick final inspection might have been in order by the staff to look for things like this.

Not What I Expected For A Deep Cleaning. After researching several local Nashville cleaning companies and getting recommendations from friends, I decided to hire Two Maids & A Mop to do a deep cleaning of my home while I was traveling.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the Two Maids & A Mop customer service, and was looking forward to them doing a fantastic job of cleaning my home.

Upon arrival home from my business trip, I am less than pleased with this "deep cleaning." The deep cleaning was explained to me as deep cleaning of every surface in the home, sanitizing the bathrooms, toilets, etc. I had a friend stop by home on Monday evening and he sent me pictures of sinks that weren't cleaned, an uncleaned toilet, and countertops that hadn't been touched.

I called Two Maids & A Mop, again impressed with the friendliness, and they assured me that someone would be out to get everything taken care of before I returned home.

I returned home tonight and still have a toilet that only the inner bowl was cleaned. The shower still has hair in it and a rim around the tub from soap scum. Under and around were never touched, the rim of the toilet never cleaned. The floor behind the toilet was not cleaned. The blinds and window sills in the bedroom were not dusted. The top of the refrigerator was not dusted. Around the door jams was not dusted. I expected a deep cleaning for $210 to include all these surfaces and to take longer than 2 1/2 hours. I could have deep cleaned it better myself.

While I would recommend Two Maids & A Mop for a great surface cleaning and appreciate that they tried, I will not be using them again for a deep cleaning. I shouldn't have to call more than once to get it done properly.

Very Pleased. I have just started using Two Maids & A Mop for my weekly cleaning service. They did a great job on my initial deep cleaning and kept up the great service for my follow-up weekly cleaning. highly recommend

A Clean Home in Just Two Hours. I appreciate living in a clean home, especially if I can afford to pay someone to do it for me. After trying several other cleaning outfits here in Nashville I tried out Two Maids & A Mop and was very pleased.

The kitchen and bathrooms look spiffy, the bed linens were changed, the rugs vacuumed and furniture dusted. They also gave me pointers on keeping dirt under control between visits. I plan to use the team of Ashley & Wendy every month from now on.

Very pleased with the service. I was somewhat reluctant to hire a "maid service" as I had a very bad experience several years ago with a service. I have used individuals whom I have had recommended to me. That worked for awhile, but I finally reached a point where I had to have someone who is accountable to someone and is reliable and does a good job. Two Maids and a Mop is an excellent service. They send out teams of two to clean and are given a specific amount of time. There's no fooling around. They get right to work and they all seem to work well together. I, of course, have my favorites as everyone does, I'm sure. If you are not super happy the first time around, don't give up on this company because they do aim to please. Hang in there. The more they get get accustomed to your likes and dislikes the better the cleaning gets. And they are very thorough. They come in with notes about what I like and don't like, and I LIKE that. That's what I mean about sticking with them and letting them get accustomed to you and your likes and dislikes.

All in all I am very pleased with Two Maids and a Mop. I think they have a good business plan, and the girls have been a delight to have in my home. I recommend this company highly.

Great Maid Service. I had my first cleaning with two maids and a mop about a week ago and was very pleased! My house was in desperate need of a good cleaning and that is exactly what the girls from two maids and a mop did. They were right on time, super friendly, fast, efficient, and very detailed in their cleaning. I would certainly recommend them and look forward to many more cleanings!!

Committed. I'd give them about a 7, decently good. But I'm extremely detail-oriented, such as being able to see a speck of dust from across the room and annoy people. So a 7 from me is probably like a 9 from a normal person. The first go-around was not good at all - it seems like there was lack of communication between the 2 girls, as some stuff didn't get cleaned at all. But they came back out quickly and fixed it. In the end, everything was decently clean, except for some dust in the carvings of some of the furniture, which again, a normal person might not notice. Because of their dedication to do whatever it takes to make it right, I'd recommend them.

Two Maids & A Mop. I would give these ladies and their mop a 9. I am glad I found them and I look forward to seeing what they do on a consistent schedule. I wouldn't say a 10 but 9 isn't a bad score at all. I really like the concept this company uses. I also like to see October "Breast Cancer Awareness" month being supported by this company. I have several friends that are survivors and I never even thought about having a cleaning service come to their home. I will in the future and I appreciate your free cleaning for some of these lady's in need.
