Reliable and Professional. I have loved all of my experiences over at HLC Med Peabody. I've been going there for about a year now for laser hair removal and I'm excited with my results! I have consistently seen Claudia, absolutely love her and feel so comfortable with her. I never had a reaction to the laser and am confident this girl is a reliable source as a technician. I also had a wonderful facial by Stephanie. She was such a professional and really new her stuff. I was totally relaxed and felt secure that she would take care of my skin. I will definitely be going back for my facial treatments with her! And when it comes to who runs the show, Andele is AMAZING! Exceptional Experience!. I've been going to HLC Med in Peabody for about a year and absolutely love it. The office is beautiful and clean and filled with the most friendly and personable staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was skeptical to get the laser hair removal done because I have light hair and was told that the procedures typically don't work well for people with light hair and light skin. After completing 12 laser hair removal treatments, I am very happy with the results as I have had minimum regrowth. I had the same technician each time, Stephanie and she was amazing! I've heard horror stories from friends that have gone to other Med Spas and have had severe laser burns, different technicians each time, and are still paying a ton of money for the procedures. HLC is professional and consistent and the friendly technicians really put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend HLC to EVERYONE!
