Mr. Smith spent some considerable time initially locating the Sentra but incredibly understood when I changed my mind and ultimately chose the Rogue. Further, he was "incredibly" fair about meeting another dealer's price.

Dante and Michael were friendly and did not push us. My wife originally wanted light interior but changed her mind during the process so they found another car for us. Getting financing was easy and their financial specialist Krystie explained us everything we needed very friendly. We also think that the price we've got is right.

have been driving my new Altima a little over a week now. So far have absolutely NO complaints.

I do want Dante Marino and other members of the Criswell team who assisted in making the purchase happen know how much I appreciate the courteous and efficient service provided. The "dreaded car shopping experience" turned out to be the best and most enjoyable process I've encountered when buying a new or used car. My husband even commented on how smoothly and quickly everything went.

Extremely easy to buy here-GREAT EXPERIENCE. Recently I came in to the Criswell Nissan dealer in Germantown, I was greeted and attended to by a salesperson by the name of Kwame Otchere. Mr. Otchere was very friendly, courteous, he showed that he had very good knowledge of Nissan s and answered all my questions to my pleasing, overall I received excellent attention from Mr. Otchere. I decided to purchase my new Sentra because Mr. Otchere really made me feel comfortable and he knew tons about the car I was inquiring about thus making my decision to buy a Nissan extremely easy.

I just wanted to let you know that Mr. Otchere was a great salesperson, very professional and pleasing to deal with, I will be recommending my friends to go by the dealer and ask for him should I learn that they are searching to buy a new vehicle.
