Criswell Nissan

Extremely easy to buy here-GREAT EXPERIENCE. Recently I came in to the Criswell Nissan dealer in Germantown, I was greeted and attended to by a salesperson by the name of Kwame Otchere. Mr. Otchere was very friendly, courteous, he showed that he had very good knowledge of Nissan s and answered all my questions to my pleasing, overall I received excellent attention from Mr. Otchere. I decided to purchase my new Sentra because Mr. Otchere really made me feel comfortable and he knew tons about the car I was inquiring about thus making my decision to buy a Nissan extremely easy.

Worth every minute of my time!. I want to highly recommend - with absolutely no reservations - Criswell Nissanof Germantown (MD) for their professionalism in selling us our Nissan under theUSAA agreement. We had had an awful experience (Yes, the difference was like night and day) with Sheehy Honda in Alexandria,so refuse to buy anything affiliated with the Sheehy name. Consequently, we took a two hour trip - train and cab - to Germantown, MD, thinking that if it was asimilar experience, we were really in trouble! Absolutely everything went assmoothly as planned - even though we didn't get there until 45 minutes beforeclosing. The salesman, Daniel Ortiz, was exceptional in his presentation, professionalism and demeanor. They were well worth the trip and were"poster examples" to uphold every aspect of USAA's car buying service!…

Fantastic dealership. Having to go to a further dealership to service my car is pretty frustrating but once I got to Criswell Nissan’s service department they changed my whole point of view… now I will be going to Criswell Nissan to service my car no matter of the mileage.…

We have a lot of experience purchasing vehicles. As you can imagine, we have met all types of sales staff. NEVER, in all our years of purchasing vehicles, including from other Honda Dealerships, have we ever enjoyed such a wonderful experience buying our Honda's or met such a wonderful person as Victor.

Victor goes above and beyond what is required to sell a vehicle. He is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable not to mention patient. He displays excitement about the vehicle he sells and enjoys showing all the wonderful features it has no matter how long it takes. He makes sure we get the

vehicle we want no matter how many vehicles we may consider for purchase. During our transaction, Victor went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He accommodated us in every way without hesitation.

Words really cannot convey how wonderful he made our purchase experience. Not only is he an excellent salesman, he is also a very honest and trustworthy person. Believe me, this is very rare! My husband and I trusted him completely. We knew we would be treated honestly and respectfully. Victor made sure our concerns and needs were met. He made the transaction about us and not about

the sale. We have referred him to family members, friends and neighbors. We know that anyone we send to Victor will be treated in the same manner as we were.
