Had a few problems with this vehicle, but Mike Keenan and his entire stafff at Nissan of Garden city were able to repair the issues.

These guys are the greatest! Mike is terriffic and the absolute best to deal with!

I had this vehicle to three other local dealers who did not and could not repair mycar.

Buyer Beware!!! Bait and Switch!!! I made an appointment with internet manager Monica Curbelo at 1 Pm on 2/12/13 When I arrived I asked for her at the front desk. She was paged and a moment later a salesmen Freddy Roman greeted me. I told him I was waiting for Monica. He stated that she gets Nissan internet leads and he was the salesmen assigned to me. I know that salespersons often try to steal one anothers customers, but I agreed to have him help me.

I knew something wasn't right when he had no idea what vehicle I came in for. I told him a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder LE in dark grey. He came back about 10 minutes later saying he couldn't find it. It could have sold already. In front of Freddy I found the vehicle on my smartphone with the Stock #: UN22939. He said he would get the key and meet me outside. After 10 minutes I walked back in the dealership to find Freddy joking with two other sales guys. I said what happened? With key in hand he went outside and brought me the Pathfinder. Folks, what happened next made my blood boil. The Pathfinder he brought not even close to what was shown online. Freddy argued with me that was it. I said look at the list of features online and the ones on the window of the vehicle. No leather, no navigation, no moon roof, no nothing. He said I guess they made a mistake but I do have a white one with what your looking for, for only $29,000

I lost it. I demanded to talk to Monica. He repeated several times that she does not even work in the building. Monica confirmed the appointment the night before and told me she personally saw the vehicle and it was beautiful. All lies! The vehicle Freddy brought out was a mess. Damage on the driver side door. The seats were all stained, the interior was disgusting. Scratches everywhere. It looked like a family with kids drove cross country and returned it dirty.

I left furious and in the parking lot I call Monica at the phone she called me on. She answered, I told her what happened and asked where she was? Monica was in the dealership the whole time. I asked repeatedly why she lied to me about the Pathfinder and its condition and why Freddy to my face told me she didn't work in the building. All she said was Freddy would never say that.

Please do not waste your time with these clowns. The salespeople are all standing around like its a place to hangout. The worst experience I have had with a dealership. FYI the vehicle is still listed on there website. I guess to bait and switch another customer.

I am writing on behalf of an experience I had in your Nissan Dealership on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. In the years, that I've been driving, I've bought and leased cars from various locations that are in areas convenient to my home. After a frustrating experience at a different Nissan location, I found myself calling your Garden City dealership. I spoke to Kristen on the phone who assured me that my experience in your location would be worth the trip. So I packed my two month old and came over to Garden City, even thought there are two locations closer to my home. Kristen greeted me and referred me to Roosevelt. He was pleasant, honest and most importantly fast. My last experience leasing a car took 6 and half hours (at a different location). During my time with Roosevelt at Garden City, he kept me up to date on the status of my sale and got me exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. Not only did I leave your dealership in a short time with my new 2010 SL Rogue, but with a smile on my face. I am thrilled with my car, and even more so, with my expeience with Roosevelt. My husband and I are both Nissan drivers and will be sure to come back!

Last month I came to Nissan of Garden City looking for a new vehicle. Within hours, I was shown the Rogue - took a test drive and before I knew it I had decided to lease. Next I came back two days later - my old vehicle turned in for a Rogue. I had to return to have the remote start and remote camera installed. Your service department is on the ball - both pleasant and professional. I was promised a rent-a-car at no charge. There were no problems. Everything promised was done. Victor, my salesperson, was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions and took good care of me. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone and I am really enjoying my new Rogue.

My 1995 Nissan Maxima is not normally something I service at the dealership. Recently I received a phone call from Nissan of Garden City informing me of a $9 special that they were running for oil changes. Since that's actually less than I pay at a local mechanic, I scheduled an appointment. I arrived to find the service department to be quite busy, which made me rather nervous, but I proceded with the service anyway. I was greeted almost immediately by Sarah, who had a bubbly enthuastic personality. I sat on the couch in the waiting room and it seemed that by the time I had opened my magazine, they were calling my name. My first instinct was that they needed additional information, but it was actually to inform me that the vehicle was complete. They had topped off my fluids and even placed that little sticker in the corner of my window reminding me when to come back!

Ellen was her name and she was very patient with us, as we were with her, Jose also was great to us and helped is any way, and being i was there for 5 hrs I watched alot of the salesmen helping customers and they were very polite and helpful to them, just want to thank you nissan of garden city for going out of your way and correcting someone elses mistakes:)
