Roto-Rooter Plumbers. A Roto-Rooter plumber came to my rescue this morning, Sunday, January 29, 2012 In Wilmington DE. I woke up to discover that my toilet was clogged. After spending 30 minutes trying to plunge and snake the drain it was time to call a professional plumber. The first plumber I called wasn't available until the next day. Since I live in a bungalow with only one bathroom I needed my toilet fixed right away. When I called Roto-Rooter they said they could send some one out to my house within two hours with no extra charges for being a Sunday. They then called back 10 minutes later stating some one would be to my house in one hour. I had the pleasure of having Jemal (#75-1535) as the service tech. He arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and clean. Jemal was very thorough and unclogged the toilet quickly only to discover the pipe further down became clogged. He worked the entire time (approx 2 hrs) and kept me informed of what he was doing and the cost. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely use and recommend Rotor-Rooter for any future plumbing problems or emergencies. Thank you Rotor-Rooter for coming to my rescue!…

Christmas Eve Crisis!!!!. Christmas eve at 9:00pm Just finished seasoning the turkey and doing the cleaning up when sink wouldn't drain. This has happened before, so I thought Drain-O would be a quick fix. Boy was I wrong! Opened the cupboard to get the bottle and was greeted by a leak springing from the pipes. Grabbed the yellow pages and called several numbers listed as 24h but only Roto Rooter was true thier word "24/7/365". 1hour later Harry was at my door and in 15minutes my problem was solved.

Exceptional Service!!! 6/8/11. One afternoon I had a huge problem. I called a compettive company and they wanted to charge before they even came out.. I called Roto-Rooter they do not do that, so I chose Roto-Rooter they were at my house with-in 2 hours.. The gentleman from Roto-Rooter was very knowledable about almost everything, my husband and I were thrilled he was there. We will choose Roto-Rooter again hopefully not to soon though:) Robert B.
