I made a call to Pick Sqaud Locksmith and 24 hours later, Ben was at my door. We had lost track of some spare keys and needed to change our locks. Ben was friendly and professional, did the work, and made me several spare keys too. I like supporting local Castro Valley small businesses like this.

I called Ben early in the morning an within a couple of hours he was working on my keys. He has been the go to guy for our company for a couple of years now. Always excellent and professional service. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job. A well deserved 5 stars!!

So here it go's i found my self in the
rain locked out of my car and SEAN came out From no where and saved my life opened the car in two minutes gave me a deal of $60 total and made my day...

they were very nice on the phone but the information they provided was a bunch of lies! the tech arrived after 36 minutes and not 15 the price was way over what they suggested on the phone!!! about $200 more...

STAY AWAY!. The locksmith they sent was rude beyond belief. I couldn't believe the attitude he had and the way he spoke. He was over an hour late and when he came he said he was going to charge $300 more than what they told me over the phone. I told him I didn't want the service and he said I must pay him. I told him to leave I was calling the police and he finally left.

Expensive and Horrible Customer Service.
My wife called what we thought was a local locksmith in our town and reached these guys in Huntington Beach.Through deceptive advertising!
I believe they took advantage of an inexperienced house wife and installed a front door lockset and charged 3 times the price that the exact lockset cost at home depot.
I repeatedly tried to speak to the store owner and never received a call back. The store manager would not give me his name on the owners name. I am very unhappy with their pricing and customer service.
I would not recommend this Locksmith to anyone.
Beware!.

Very fast and friendly Fast response, great service and very friendly. Would highly recommend and will use again without hesitation if needed.
