Yesterday we had a clogged toilet and full cespool with company over. We didn't know who to call... we saw the commercial for Roto-Rooter and that was it. Derek and Bill were there in a flash. Roto-Rooter responded quickly to our call, even though it was a Friday night. We had a big problem that was fixed quickly by the tech. The tech was professional, friendly and polite. The price was reasonable and around what I expected.

Although it was Christmas day, Roto-Rooter promised I would get service in about an hour but the plumber was there in about half an hour. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Told me exactly what the problem was, what had caused it.

Same day service and the office called because the service man was running late. They called again shortly after and told me that he was on his way. Requested a specific service man and got him. He explained everything and solved the problem. Very satisfied with Roto-rooter.
