No Hassles. Chris came for a scheduled appointment to address a slow drain. He was able to pinpoint the affected pipe quickly. Due to the age of my house (mostly original plumbing) he feared that snaking would damage the point of entry pipe involved (and he was right) so he gave me an estimate based on combined work that was better than a previous replacement quote I had received prior to this incident. He completed the work quickly and even gave me a new drain catcher for free :-) I will ask for him specifically in the future…
