horrible place to live, please read befor purchasing. Harbour cay is full of nasty buildings and horrible staff. they never sprayed for bugs the entire year we lived there (even though there lease says they spray monthly), even today as i write this letter i am pulling bugs out my drink and food. i have had to personally capture and destroy palmetto bugs, cockroaches, scorpions, fleas and ticks on almost a daily basis. raccoons pull everything out of the garbage cans spread it out over the parking lot every week. me and my loved one have called and told them of these problems over a dozen times and they will make every excuse in the book and still do nothing about it. Now they have raised the rent $300! for what? there flyer they gave us says it is for cable and garbage (waist management). but we dont have anymore channels then we did before and all the garbage cans are the same (nothing changed). they are liers and con artists. you should look up better apartments such as, Harbor Breeze or The Crossings. this is just a small portion of the ways they will cheat you and steal from you, your pets and your wallet. if you have any further questions or need a better recommendation for an apt i am even ready to give out my email to save you from this place (Alucard267@gmail). My pets never got one good nights sleep from bugs and ticks and i just feel sorry for anyone that thinks this is a good place to live. i could go on and on.
