Best Birthday ever. I wanted to get a whole new look for my birthday and my friend told me to try this little hole in the wall. I called for an appointment and was able to see someone the next day. My appointment was with jenna. When I got there I could see what my friend was saying about hole in the wall. the door is tiny. But when I walked in the place was huge, I don't know how they did it. And beautiful.

Jeenna was the owner and took me right away, she was so sweet and we had a consultation about what I wanted for my hair. She listened to me and then gave me a couple of ideas I would not have even thought of.

Her staff were very professional and when she gave me off to someone else for sometthing I felt very confident. She ended up changing my color, doing alot of hilites and an amazing cut. I love it. I'm going back.

I will be the the Belle of my ball on my birthday.…

Not too pleased.... My eyebrows are crooked. When I mentioned this to the owner/waxer she played it off like she was doing me a favor. Kinda angry, but I only payed $5. Although, they were having a half off special doesn't mean she had to do a half-ass job on my eyebrows.

Not recommended, spend extra money and go elsewhere. Your gonna look like a clown if not…

Unbelievable hair coloring and foiling!. I have been going to this salon for over a year because of the high quality of the work. The owner, Gena, has done an amazing job of gradually highlighting my hair. My natural dark brown hair is now a golden blonde that is completely natural looking. Even better,it lasts for over two months because of the careful coloring work. I love this place! Definitely make an appointment if you want quality hair-coloring by serious professionals.…

Gentiana is amazing!!. I found Gentiana after moving here a couple years ago. Ladies you know how we are with finding the right hairstylist. Unsure of where to go I used referrals and got one disaster after another. Working on Boylston St. in Boston I even went to some of the most well-known, best reputation places in Back Bay. No luck.

Once I found Gentiana's I can honestly say she is the best hairstylist I have ever had anywhere!! I have lived in many different states and work in the Salon & Spa Industry. I have been in this industry for 11 years and know without a doubt you get what you pay for. She is the first person I trust completely. I dont even tell her what I want (and its not always the same) and she just knows. She gets it!! Having been her client for only a short period of time that is unbelievable!

Her passion and skill is evident and she's a sweetie!!…
