As a retired massage therapist of 21 years, I was very clear about wanting a good therapist who was skilled with neck problems. Sadly I received a one hour massage, on my stomach in which the therapist was only able to perform basic effleurage--the kind of work I had mastered in my first month at massage therapy school.
