Pizzeria Posto's rustic-meets-urban aesthetic is clearly evident in the combination of exposed brick, track lighting and carafes of water etched with the restaurant's logo. The open kitchen gives patrons a front-row seat to wood-fired pizzas with fresh, inventive toppings like gorgonzola picante or a soft farm egg. Despite its Davis Square locale, there's nary a collegiate T-shirt in sight; patrons in sundresses and buttoned-down shirts peruse the impressive wine list or share the cannoli for two. When the sun fades on Elm Street, Pizzeria Posto comes alive with candlelight, creating a romantic (but not too stuffy) setting for a date.
