Saved my birthday!

This restaurant saved my birthday. After walking out of a Philadelphia restaurant due to a lousy experience, we decided to go to The Capital Grille. We didn't have a reservation, but it didn't matter. We were seated at a lovely table and our waitress was attentive and kind. She even surprised me at the end with a slice of cake and a candle! I ordered the filet Oscar and it was amazing! Cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant!
