DO NOT BUY HERE

MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE AND THEY GAVE US A DATE ON WHEN THE FURNITURE ARRIVED SO THEY SEEMED LIKE A GOOD STORE..WHEN THE DATE CAME AROUND NO SHOW WE WENT TO THE STORE AND GAVE US ANOTHER DTAE AGIAN NO SHOW THEY DID THIS ABOUT 5 TIMES FINALLY I CALLED THE MANAGER AND THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS STUPID CAUSE I KEPT CALLING ASKING WHEN IT WOULD BE HERE AFTER THEY KEPT GIVING US DATES..6 WEEKS LATER IT FIANLLY CAME BUT A MONTH LATER OUR BED FRAM BROKE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT USE THE RIGHT TOOLS OR NAILS TO SCREW IT TOGETHER NOW WERE SCREWED BECAUSE THEY WONT FIX IT.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Don't buy from this merchant unless you have a truck...

If you see something you like at this store, make sure you either live close by for delivery or can take it with you when you purchase it. We lived about 45 minutes away. Our purchase took 10 weeks to complete, their customer service was non-existent, we kept getting the runaround, I filed a complaint with the Bureau the merchant never answered (and found they have a "F" rating from other complaints), and finally we had to threaten small-claims court before our order was completed. Do not patronize this store if you can help it.
- Pros: Decent prices in showroom
- Cons: "F" Rating from the Better Biz Bureau
