My experience with this dealership by far has been the best. While listening to KBLX radio station I heard about the Fresh Start auto program for California residents. With my 2nd vehicle recently getting stolen, my family and I were in the market for another. But in the past, we had such bad experiences with car 'salesman', on top of having credit challenges; the whole car buying experience had been tarnished in my eyes. Until, I met Rocco and Kari of Team Superstores in Vallejo. We were going up there to look their used vehicle inventory, and walked away in a brand new, never been driven, 2013 Chevy Cruze. The best part is I only had to pay $1,000 down and walked away with an interest rate that I'm not ashamed of, 10%! I would highly recommend anyone in the market to buy a new or even used vehicle, to go to Team Superstores in Vallejo. Be sure to visit Rocco or Kari, their trustworthiness and customer service is exceptional. They have made a loyal customer out of me. If you have had bad car buying experiences, let Rocco and his team restore your faith. They surely did that for me
I have purchased many cars over my driving lifetime and this was the best car service/buying experience my wife and i have ever had. We first spoke with Shirley who was so kind and referred us to Danny, not just great service associate but caring, sympathetic person who listened as we explained our situation (18 year old saturn with 170,000 miles and in need of a New engine. Danny stayed in constant contact with us as he worked to find the parts to get are car back on the road but it was going to cost thousands more to fix than it was worth. He suggested we talk with the sales GM Sean about a trade in and Danny said he would give Sean a heads up about our situation. When we met with Sean, he was so nice and he and his staff would do everything they could do to put put us in a new car we would love and could afford. Sean then introduced us to Eric Dittman who was incredible. Per Danny and Sean, he was already familiar with our story and showed us the cars he thought would work for us. When we sat down to do the deal he took the time to go over everything, answer any and all our questions, and helped us chose the program that was best for us. Eric then started his sprints back and forth to GM's office as he and Gabe crunched the numbers. Eric and Gabe wrote us a fantastic deal that was beyond anything we expected. Thanks also to Dale and Eddie for making the paperwork a breeze. Needless to say, the "Team" at Team chevrolet went above and beyond and we couldnt be happier. To top it off, Eric called us tonight to make sure we were O.K. and if we had any questions or needed anything, to call him. Everyone at team was kind, caring, understanding and totally professional. We love ya!
