A Very Poorly Run Company

This "company" hires cheap labor with minimal training. Your sevice time and day can change without notice and the person who shows up has no idea about what might need to be done even when it is in writing on a card at your home. They have "expanded" into the building//construction type business which has nothing to do with the pool business and has caused complete chaos. Anything that is more than very basic they have to outsource to pool service/repair companies that actually know what they are doing. Find out who they use to contract for problems and then use them NOT the not so sweet Sweetwater
- Pros: They will tell you waht you want to hear to get business
- Cons: They are extremely disorganized
