Terrible contractor. Nathan Dutcher refused to pay a settlement for lousy work - turns out he has more pressing legal problems. He has 4 DUI arrests in 5-years (google "mugshot" "nathan dutcher"), was arrested in 2001 for obstructing a police officer (HINT - if he doesn't respect the police, how do you think dispute resolution on your project will go?); and has at least a couple unsatisfied judgements in Hillsborough County. Angie's List shows him as an "F" despite his website claim "5-star rated on Angies List."
