Very Impressed. Well, I decided to try this place. I'm pretty picky... So, I am glad to say that I was very impressed! I like to have a natural looking color (not streeked) and some places like this just streek in the highlights and call it good. This place didn't do that, they took the time to do a good job and the coloring and cut I got were absolutely awesome. I will definitely be back!

This place is a joke. This is one of the most laughable businesses I've been to. Don't bother looking at their store hours or expecting to be able to stop by; when they decide they're not getting enough business in the afternoon they sometimes just close up shop.

The last time I was there (and the last time I WILL be there) I came in around 11am (they opened at 10). Though there was someone getting their hair colored, as well as another person waiting in the lobby, it took over five minutes for anyone to show up and assist me. When I was finally helped, I was informed that there was no one working at the time who was capable of cutting men's hair. They promptly called someone on the phone to see if they could come in, but they were an hour out. I politely declined waiting an hour, as did the man who came in directly behind me. In other words, this Fantastic Sams doesn't bother to put anyone on the schedule to cut hair even at 11 in the morning on a weekday.

This, combined with the mediocre haircuts I got there, has resulted in the Great Clips up the street winning my business. Don't bother with this place, I'm sure they'll be out of business pretty quickly the way they're going.
