Great Experience. I would refer anyone and everyone to James Desmond. Not only did he win my case but the experience was very "easy". James Desmond delt with my case personally and made it very stress free for me. I dealt with him and him only and he seemed to truly care about my accident and the recovery of my expenses as well as my injuries.

This is for real!!!!. After recently getting into and auto accident, I searched for a lawyer to not only win my case but also be someone I could personally talk to about my accident. I have seen many advertisements for a "lawyer on my side" I contacted several law firms from big to small. I always got a receptionist making a general appointment for consultation. I came across Desmond Law after an online search. His website says "call my cell". I thought "yeah this is a trick". Wondering what this would lead to I tried it. As my call was answered I realiazed this was indeed attorney James Desmond and this was his personal cell number. He dealt with me personally from setting up the consultation to going through the whole legal process with me. I am very satisfied with the result of my case as well as the fact I didnt get a stranger to speak with but the actual lawyer working my case!
