Not friendly. I recently stopped in at this spot on a Thursday night at 9:02 PM after the movies in east Harwich. I was reticent to visit since I had heard that the crust was soggy from other diners. But the Open sign was lit up and i could see staff in the window. Anyway, I walked in and was greeted with "Travis?" When i told the tattooed cashier that I was not Travis she said "well, we close at nine" It seems she and the four staff members in red aprons leaning on the prep table in the kitchen wanted to leave. I was not offered any service at all. Now, I usually go out of my way to recommend places that are good. I will now go out of my way to NOT recommend this Pizza parlor. They obviously don't need the money, are not customer oriented and I expect will not survive long with this attitude. I will go on every online site I can find and repeat this story. By the way, I got a great sub at d'angelos and I always recommend Ember in Harwich Port. Go there, spend your money with people who like being in the pizza business.
